| SEMPSL Game Reports Information |
Managers
Please complete (at least) the following information on each game report:
- The date of the game. This is very important.
- Whether or not your team is home or away. Note that the home team is responsible for bringing corner flags, a game ball, and for having an alternate color jersey to wear in case of a conflict.
- Name of your opponent. Again, this is very important.
- Player information:
- It is very important that the numbers listed on the report match the jersey number. Before each game, ensure that every player present corresponds with the correct number on the report.
- Names should be listed last name first then first name and in alpabetical order.
- Player IDs should include all 9 digits.
- Please sign the reports.
- Send a copy of the report to Dean Bowerbank (DBowerbank@ci.ann-arbor.mi.us), Octavian Petrescu (octavian@umich.edu), and Jacob Roberts(aascsoccer@gmail.com). Send a copy every time there is a change to your roster.
Referees
Please complete (at least) the following information:
- Record final score on both sheets.
- Record the number of goals for each player that scored. (please make sure this is Correct; the league as had A LOT of experience with this being incorrect. Double Check)
- Record all cautions and send-offs using the misconduct codes on the right hand side of the game report.
- Write all three referee names.
- Record all injuries that appear to be serious (i.e. require medical attention). This is very important for insurance reasons.
